a while ago i read about this method of cleaning your bearings, and i swear by it.

you will need:
Windex (any window cleaner will do)
a water bottle with the top cut off
and a microwave

step 1: cut the top off the water bottle and dump your bearings in there

step 2: put enough windex in there so the bearings are covered, not alot is needed

step 3: stick the bottle in the microwave and microwave it for 30 second intervals, as it will get hot and foam up quickly. i usually do that 6 times, making for 3 minutes total in the microwave

Step 4: take the bottle out of the microwave, and dump the windex out. then lay the bearings out on a paper towell - BE CAREFUL THOSE SHITS ARE GONNA BE HOT

Step 5: hand clean them a little bit, and put them in some wheels. they will roll just as good as new, and will not rust.
